Internet eCommerce Shopping Return Policy
World of Sport will allow the return of goods for credit under the following circumstances:
- Where the supplied product is determined to be not of merchantable quality or suited for its stated purpose.
- The product is determined to be grossly defective to the extent that it would be unreasonable to regard the defect or fault as a matter for rectification under the warranties or guarantees provided for, or with the product.
Goods must be returned back to World of Sport with freight pre-paid, and accompanied by a Return Authorisation obtained from World of Sport prior to shipment.
World of Sport will not allow the return of goods where the customer determines that the stated purpose, capacity, specification or performance is in some manner inadequate for its purposes, if the product performs reasonably with respect to their stated purpose, capacity, specification or performance as defined by the manufacturer of the product.
Damage sustained during the shipping of the goods either to or from World of Sport is at the customers risk and the customer is responsible for the provision of shipping insurance where so required.
When goods are accepted for return by World of Sport, a credit will be processed to the customers account with World of Sport for account customers, or to the customers credit card account where the original payment was processed via the ANZ eGate Internet Payment Service.
The credit will be processed subsequent to the safe receipt of the goods by World of Sport subject to the above terms.
Freight for domestic orders will be added to order value prior to payment, unless products attract special freight.
For these products and orders to be delivered outside Australia, a freight charge will be calculated and advised by e-mail prior to completion of your order.
